Shipping policy

We deliver across Egypt within 2–4 business days.

Our courier will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or the delivery information being incorrect, the order will be automatically canceled. Customers may place a new order at any time.

Please note that packages cannot be opened or inspected before they are accepted and payment is completed.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, such as a tear, cut, or similar issue. Any claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order and must include clear photos showing the defect.
